1. Project Basics
Mysłowice, Poland — a Grade A functional integrated warehousing park comprising warehouses, cold storage, standalone office space and supporting facilities.
Located 13.5 km from Katowice and adjacent to the interchange of the S1 expressway and the E40 route, the park obtained its construction and occupancy permit in 2009.
2. Core Project Functions
Designed for warehousing, the park can meet high-standard storage requirements for food products.
The warehouse is a single above-ground level, comprising a storage area and a box-in-box cold store. The cold store is divided into four temperature zones (three chilled rooms plus one ante-room), each with independent temperature control.
The office and social area is located on the western side of the building, with two above-ground levels; a small office and social area is also provided within the cold storage zone.
